An Ed Tech school with multiple locations was using HubSpot for their contacts and using some automation but paying significantly more than necessary. They needed a full migration to Zoho CRM Professional, with users actively working in the system, within one month. Budget was fixed to Zoho Professional, meaning no Enterprise features, minimal customisation and no sandbox.
The school was live within one month. Users said Zoho felt easier than HubSpot.
